This Single Outcome Agreement for 2009 - 10 between the Scottish Government and Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership sets out priorities which will focus the delivery of better outcomes for the people of the Outer Hebrides.
The Outer Hebrides SOA has been developed by the Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership- recognising the key role other organisations will play through working in partnership to deliver local outcomes and contribute to the Scottish Government’s National Outcomes
The Single Outcome Agreement for 2009-10 sets out local outcomes aligned to each of the 15 National Outcomes agreed in the Concordat. The 15 National Outcomes are set in a local context and key challenges, agreed local priorities, actions, indicators and targets are described. This key document is the result of extensive consultation and discussion with our Community Planning Partners and reflects a framework of community led objectives.
